Job Description
- Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and preparation is a plus.
- Have knowledge and experience in commercial building interior fit-out works is an added advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project), addition with Autocount, SQL, and CRM software.
